This exclusive property is a three-story house located on the famous Milkwood Road in the heart of the unique Zimbali indigenous forest. With spectacular panoramic ocean and forest views, this is a property that epitomizes tranquility and beauty.

The house can accommodate a total of 10 adult guests, 1 infant, and a child under the age of 12. Accommodation is offered in 5 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a cot, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a child-only mattress suitable for a child. Of the remaining 3 bedrooms 2 are furnished with a queen-size bed, and the last is furnished with a king-size bed. It has three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, and is a communal bathroom for the remaining two rooms. One outdoor shower as well.

Other facilities include a large full-floor office/bedroom suite/ensuite inclusive with bar area, cinema/TV room (no sleeping in this TV room permitted), lovely kitchen with all the amenities, boma area with fire pit and braai (barbecue) area and a large open-plan dining room with opening doors leading out onto the patio. Servant’s quarters in the basement with en-suite shower and separate entrance (out of bounds for rentals). A full-time cleaning service, resident resides in this area for your convenience. The cleaner will not work on Saturday afternoons of Sundays. (Services on those days can be arranged at an extra cost). There is air conditioning available throughout all bedrooms. Outside guests have access to a rim flow pool, Jacuzzi on the top floor (out of bounds during severe draughts) and special offers on travel There are beautiful sea views, Double shower in main ensuite as well as a large bath and outdoor shower, landscaped indigenous gardens, 24-hour security and a golf cart available for hire. Parking for three cars plus visitor parking.
