2. Information We Collect
MyResidence collect personally identifiable information about individuals when provided on a voluntary basis. Information is gathered by means of an online Property Request form hosted by a third party provider. On completion of such form, the information is downloaded to and stored on our secure server. This information is only requested when necessary for the delivery of services that you request.

2.1 Third Party Questionnaire Hosting Service

2.2 Sharing with Third Parties
MyResidence will share your information with third parties who deliver services on our behalf. These individuals and companies are authorised to use your personal information only in a manner that is required to provide the requested services, such as providing accommodation facilities for you or your clients.

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect any information, including personal information, from children.

4. Security
MyResidence uses industry-accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personal information. Despite our efforts to protect personal information, there is always some risk that an unauthorized person my illegally gain access to our systems, or information sent to or from us via email may be intercepted. Therefore, MyResidence cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to personal information.
