Tanja Glatz: Client Services Coordinator and Legal

Tanja Glatz is My Residence’s Client Services Coordinator and Legal Coordinator. Tanja finds and vets the properties, build relations with property partners, load them onto My Residence system, train them and completes the legal agreements between My Residence and hotels, and between My Residence and clients. Furthermore, Tanja attends to requests and servicing all bookings from the beginning to the end.

Tanja Glatz is of German descent but was born and bred in Cape Town, South Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a post-graduate LLB from Stellenbosch University. She completed her articles and practised as a litigation and criminal litigation attorney for ten years (2009 – 2019).

In 2019, Tanja decided she wanted a drastic change in her life and shifted careers into the global mobility and temporary accommodation world. She owes this shift to her love of building relationships with people.

Her vision and mission for My Residence is for it to be the absolute best on the content. To place the African continent’s service accommodation on the map and at an esteemed level.
